Our Mission

NZCPT's mission is to:

1. Support local NZCPT school communities in their provision of accessible, high-quality, Christ-centred, Bible-based education that is transformative.

2. Strengthen schools’ capability to uphold and deliver their Special Character commitments.

3. Empower schools to inspire and equip students to love God and His Word so they make a meaningful impact on the world around them.

We will be a proprietor that:​

1. Is a preferred partner of the State in the delivery of education, which is in keeping with our Special Character.

2. Is a preferred partner of local communities that desire education in keeping with our Special Character.

3. Interfaces with the State to integrate Christian schools in the following order of priority:

               a)  Schools where no sustainable Christian schools currently exist.
              b)  Existing independent schools desiring to integrate.
              c)  Existing integrated schools desiring to change Proprietor.
