Special Character

NZCPT schools provide a Christ-centred learning environment where every aspect of school life—learning, relationships, and community—is grounded in Scripture and shaped by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our schools are non-denominational Christian learning communities, founded to partner with Christian parents in fulfilling their responsibility to educate their children.

Three key documents express NZCPT’s vision and guide the delivery of each school’s Special Character: "Our Faith", the "Theological Framework", and the "Special Character Guidelines".
"Our Faith" outlines the core beliefs, values, and commitments shared by NZCPT and its schools. The "Theological Framework" builds on these foundations, exploring their implications for Christian education. The "Special Character Guidelines" then translate the framework’s beliefs, commitments, and values into seven core practices.
